So Shep here's a little theory, I'd appreciate if you share your thoughts with me....

Now I've been gamblin' on NHL Hockey for 3 or 4 years now... it's a diversion when the NFL season ends... I like it better than baseball (cause we all know bettin' on baseball is for homeless people).

I like to make some small parlay plays on NHL so I'm watchin' a lot of games... AND I usually parlay a bunch of favorites.... So here's what I've seen... on week-ends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) the favorites really cover a lot - look at last Saturday (maybe Sunday) 7 games or so... EVERY Favorite covered -- rarely does a favorite lose on a weekend.

On the other side during the week (Monday-Thursday) always at least one Dog and A HEAVY DOG mucks up the works... (look at today Friggin' Ottawa at -350 Loses to Boston)

I've learned to stay away during the week (unless I'm goin' to a game) and play the favorites on the week-end. Now I know there are always exceptions but a heavy dog always seems to fuck up a mid-week parlay.
