I'm not defending the casino, but the gaming commission will exam this carefully, and if it was a mistake he won't get paid, and believe me the gaming commission looks for any reason to side with the patrons. This happened in AZ to at a slot machine for 50k, and the machine just went buzzurk (malfunctioned) she was on channel 3 news whining and channel 10 news, and the public was siding with her, cause lets face it who wants to see a old lady get jipped outta 50k. But imo if you stick money in these machines, you get what you deserve, good or bad.

I agree with you. I only heard his side of the story today on a radio interview. I was laughing that first they offered him 2 comped buffets. Than the casino lawyer offered him $100 credit on the machine and 2 buffets.

this is bullshit he should get payed. i tell you why it says on this newspaper article that the machine didnt malfunction, it was somethin in the commuication test thign the casino was doing. if the machine malfunctions they can deny it, but the way it happened doesnt make sense cause the machine didnt malfunction. so they should pay him if they dont they should take this fuckin shithole track to court

it good thing i dont play slot machines if this shit happened to me i would go ape shit on everyone. there is no way to prove the casino is telling the truth either, oh a computer malfunctioned, ya well fuck that. that why i dont play these things i dont want to bet my money on something that involves a fuckin cpu to decide the outcome. that why i only play poker and sports betting in the casinos in las vegas or anywhere else. cause slots unless you get real lucky are a rip off, and so is blackjack with 6 decks roulette pai gow and all that other shit. craps is cool but i dont know how to play that. slots is the ultimate sucker bet though unless you get lucky, vegas loves slot machines
