The old lady wasn't paying the mortgatge or taxes or anything else for that matter. caught her hiding the mail,made some phone calls and found out I was behind 17k!! :twak: :an_brick: Almost lost my house and I have five kids who depend on me!! trusting her wasn't all that bright!!
